Anatoly Kulbabsky is only 24 years old. This probably easily explains both the bright ideas of his work and brave creative solution. And how can we explain that such a young man can understand other people’s troubles and feel real sympathy for other people? This is felt at once in Anatoly’s work… We will give our winner a possibility to tell us about his participation in the contest in the exclusive interview.
— Anatoly, please tell us about yourself: where are you from, what is your profession, what connects you with Intway?
— I live in Odessa; in 2005 I graduated from Odessa National Law Academy and received a diploma of Master of Law specializing in European Law. In the course of studies I was fond of computers, in particular Web-design. Now I’m in charge of a criminological laboratory at the Criminology and Penal Law Department.
As for my work in Intway, at present my colleagues and I are working on the realization of a very interesting project which will allow all Intway partners, even those who have no special knowledge in the sphere of Internet technologies, to create a modern, colorful and stylish interactive site full of all necessary information for conducting business in the Internet.
— Why did you decide to take part in the banner contest for the site of the foundation, how did you conceive the idea for your banner?
— Once my friend Roman Zelenkov told me about the contest which was then being held at your site. I liked the idea of the contest and I immediately decided to make a banner for you.
I confess that I never participated in such projects before and I understood the need for a special approach. All the jobs I had done before were bright and colorful, I had to emphasize the unique character of something. In this case it was not that important, probably even out of place. The conception and idea didn’t come straight away. I opened your site again and spent a lot of time on it. As it usually happens, it dawned upon me: I understood that first of all I had to tell about the people who need support and about the problems they face.
I want to thank my colleague Viktor Vasilyevich Garashchuk for the interest in my work and for valuable remarks and recommendations I took into consideration in the final version of the banner.
— In your opinion, what interesting campaign could The World As One Charity Fund to attract public attention?
— I think you should attract interest to the charitable foundation by campaigns and contests in which participants could show their creative abilities and skills. I am sure that most people just cannot be indifferent to other people’s troubles, especially when it comes to creative people.
I think it would be worthwhile to realize the function at your site with the help of which any person could make a gift or just write a personal letter of support to the people who need help. It is so important to feel support.
— Have you participated in any other campaigns of the foundation before our banner contest?
— Unfortunately I’ve learned about your site fairly recently, so I haven’t given support to anyone, but I will surely help when I get an opportunity. Let my banner be my first contribution.
— In your opinion, in what form should help be given to the people who need it?
— There are people who are ready to give material and psychological help or just support a person in hard times. I think that it's up to every person to choose in what form to give help. Some of the great people said the words that are very close to me: ”Don’t give fish to the needy, give a line and teach them to fish instead”. It seems to me that Intway company sticks to this philosophy.
