We, the workers of The World As One fund, know like no one else how hard it is to do charity of your own free will. It requires so much commitment and self-sacrifice, so much mental effort and responsibility… That is why we admire our partners who decide to help the fund’s functioning in the most active and efficient way.
Recently, several clubs from different cities have organized wonderful charity campaigns to collect funds for those members of a large Intway family who need help now. It is thanks to such campaigns that our partners often manage to do something which the fund cannot do: collect the vitally needed funds in very short terms, in a matter of hours, to make an urgent operation or pay for a treatment course, to buy medical devices or drugs… Thus it becomes possible again and again to save somebody’s life!
In Togliatti club THERE ARE TWO lives saved in the past months!
In June, the club members held a wonderful campaign to collect the funds for Sergey Smirnov, who needed an operation after craniotomy and paralysis.
This is how Olga Smirnova, Sergey’s wife, recollects this event: “A meeting of the League of Golden Collars where a charity campaign was traditionally held was organized in Togliatti. Teams from other cities also attended. 5040 RUR was collected for my husband by The World As One! We are immensely grateful to each person who responded and wished health to the person as soon as they learnt his story! And million personal thanks to a friendly team from Kazan that additionally bought the embroidered picture Isaakievsky Cathedral made by my husband at 5,000 RUR. It inspired him so much! So much joy and kindness comes from this tradition, from such Corporate campaigns! Thanks to all organizers!”
Recently the Togliatti club has held a charity campaign to collect the funds for Serezha Sykeev. Togliatti residents managed to encourage people and collect 600 USD for Serezha at once — the whole sum necessary to buy the Life Energy DETA-RITM medical device which he needs very much. The partners quickly transferred the money to the fund’s login; the fund bought the device and programmed it with the help of Tatyana Ghannam, our medical specialist. And the next day the device was given to the Sykeev family!
Togliatti club’s example inspires many our partners to hold such campaigns.
And charity campaigns in Izhevsk have become traditional for each Corporate event. The sale of thanksgiving stones is organized to the benefit of the partner who needs help now, and the money collected is transferred to our fund. To make such campaigns really efficient, the partners tell about them every day at presentations in the club office, showing the photos of people who need help. Izhevsk residents even have a special inspiring motto: “It is important to give and help to achieve greater success!”
We are sure that great success awaits all those who were not indifferent and took part in our recent charity campaign in Tunisia. This campaign was completely devoted to the collection of funds for little Tamiris Taubaldieva who is undergoing treatment in China.
In the course of the campaign, each person who has sympathy for other people could buy our unusual thanksgiving stone — these were desert rose sand crystals — and thus contribute money to the little one… Dear partners, thanks to you we collected 1500 USD for Tamiris and gave her a chance to be healthy and live happily.
“I am at a loss for words to express all the gratitude that I feel in my heart! Thank you all for your great work!!!” — wrote Tamiris’ grandmother to us.
We join these words of gratitude addressed to all the partners who spare no mental efforts or material expenses to help in the organization of charity campaigns and participate in them themselves! Thanks to you we save people’s lives, proving with every day that:
